Solid laptop. The battery could be better especially if you are needing to be out for a while without an outlet near to you. Sometimes when it shows about 50% of the battery is left it can be around two to 3 hours remaining but that can be changed due to brightness and making sure nothing is pushing the laptop to its limits. I recommend expecting 8 hours out of the laptop at best. The picture quality is good. It isn’t 2k or 4k so do not expect the best images but it is for the price point. Touch screen is not something that I use regularly so for me it is just something that the laptop has. The speaker quality is also better than some laptops that I have previously had. I use this for schoolwork which is mostly note taking so it’s not an intensive job. The sale that I got it for probably made it feel more worth it rather than if I had paid the $750. If it is on a good sale I’d recommend it. I know I listened a bunch of downsides but it does handle things so far good. It hasn’t crashed or had any major issues. Laptop batteries are just something that aren’t great in general but there’s a good reason behind it.

I got this laptop for school and it’s been great so far. I’ve used it for a while now and I haven’t had any issues. Only downside I notice is it tends to heat up quickly so I got me a cooling pad.

As I only use this laptop for streaming activities I would recommend this for you you don’t really need to much but this got me satisfied bout to get another one of this again

It's a great laptop that checks all the boxes I was looking for, and for the price I got it at too. Needed something snappy and despite it only having 512GB of storage, I do appreciate that it came with the Ryzen 7 chip.

I needed a laptop for school, and this one is wonderful! I am able to write comfortably and the screen is big enough to not irritate my eyes. The screen is also slightly matte so it does not reflect the light as much compared to other laptops I’ve had.

Laptop Trouble: the screen on my two year old laptop was freezing up. Total Tech: sadly it was unrepairable. Gladly best buy refunded the entire purchase price. New Laptop Delight: i searched through open box items and the holiday deals and, for no extra money, I was able to buy a similar product with enhanced features. couldn't be more delighted.

Pleasantly surprised with this laptop! I was concerned it would be too big but having the full key pad ia worth it & it is very light weight. The camera quality for video calls is also very good. No complaints!
