Old laptop not worth fixing.. Sale price was great… Geek Squad very helpful connecting me with the right replacement. I’m a senior lady with not much tech experience..after purchasing the new laptop they helped transfer all my files and patiently walked me through how things worked.. Plan to be back when IPhone and IPad needs replacing..

This was an amazing buy, the price was right, and it feels like the right fit for me. I actually asked AI to evaluate the sales on Best Buy to find the right price and the right fit for graphic design, and I am very happy with the result. It was hundreds less than I thought I was going to need to spend.

This computer is great for what I need it for, work and school. Its sleek and very fast, not too big, not too heavy, just a perfect size for me. I feel like I made a great purchase

Amazing computer, reliable, lightweight, has enough ports, ram great. I loved the set up process, great computer and Best Buy made the purchasing process so smooth.

Pretty good specs. Screen is not great, and overall kindol of low end feel. But has a touchscreen and enough RAM not to slow you down too much. Biggest gripe is the power cable, which is not USB c. Very old tech for a newer laptop. Annoying to have to keep up with a particular power cable. But bought it for a kid to use with online classes and it serves the purpose. Would not buy it for myself.

I purchased this laptop so that I can have something to do wedding planning on. The storage is great, and I love the touchscreen feature. I’m really hesitant when buying laptops, so I did some thorough research before purchasing.

So far loving it! Great computer for the price. The color is pretty and the keys have just the right amount of rise and weight to them. The system runs quickly, although I have very little on the laptop to bog it down yet. The only con for me so far is that it will not play certain videos, such as the videos from my trail cams. There are multiple different brands and types, so I can't imagine it's an issue with the cameras. But it may be the sd cards or a formatting issue. Either way, I am thusfar satisfied with my purchase.

I bought this because my PC would not upgrade to windows 11. It works fast and was easy to set up.

This has been my best friend for the past year. This laptop has helped get so much work done and has helped me edit videos, play games, graph my work and get new jobs I never thought I could get. The touch screen makes it easier to edit stuff and when playing games. The phone link opinion has been amazing when I want to use a higher quality camera.

I have been using le novo since 20 years ago. this one is light and easy to use . it has everything i need except the antivirus software, and the bluetooth speaker seems to not work very well.

The computer is light weight, and charges easily. The key pad is easy to use. The Geek Squad did a good job transferring data. Overall, this was an excellent purchase
