Great Laptop at excellent price. Good screen quality and processing speed

Sleek design, lightweight, and easy to use. A great laptop that checks all the boxes and still is budget friendly.

As far as my in-store service at the store in Dover Delaware, the associate Sal, was very good. I spent a good half hour 45 minutes talking to him about various laptops and what I wanted to do and what I would need to do it well. I can't say enough good things about him. Additionally, I had accrued quite a few points, and was able to redeem them all in the purchase of this laptop which was a real good Plus. The staff also showed me how I could earn more points for future purchases, without spending more money. As far as the laptop itself, this is quite a upgrade from the small 3-year-old Chromebook I had been using. Touch screen is quite nice, the laptop starts quickly, and the process of moving everything from both my PC and my Chromebook was straightforward and relatively easy. I pretty much use this in it home office type setting, word processing, some Excel work, and I'm going to start using it for photo editing. Nothing too serious. All in all the experience was a 10, and so far the laptop is a 10 also.

This computer is lite weight and runs fast and smooth

It's perfect for my needs -- which aren't much! Writing, dealing with my website, some graphic design stuff (lowkey regular consumer type stuff, not professional!). The laptop is compact, but doesn't feel cramped, reliable, functional -- all the stuff.

This computer works very well for what I need it to do. Mostly work tasks, but it will handle streaming and social media interactions without issue. I have not tried gaming on it, but I would imagine that it could handle light computer demand games. For the price and features, I would recommend this computer to others.

Works perfectly fine for a day to day laptop. Speakers are not amazing and the keyboard doesn't have a backlight but it does pretty much everything I need with a screen big enough for my bad eyes. Battery life could be better but for my needs it's fine

This item was priced well by Best Buy. It allows for basic uses for a laptop with good speed. The laptop is easy to use. My favorite part is the Geek Squad availability. Best Buy is my go to store for electronics and the Geek Squad is part of that decision.

It was a quick transition to my damaged previous laptop to the Lenovo Ideapad. It's my first Lenovo but came with a good recommendation from my IT consultant. And finding it for a great price was a bonus. I look forward to becoming familiar with the "touchscreen" feature but am already pleased with the processor speed and comfortable feel of the keyboard.

The device, now I don't know if it is a tablet or a laptop pc. At any rate, it is a wonderful device and is operating very well for me. It is taking a little getting used to the device as my old laptop is a Windows 10 and a Windows 11 is what is required for optimal application. Lenovo is where it's at. Excelent devise for my work and personal use.
