Good little portable workstation

Very lightweight with decent battery life, full size keyboard, an adequate touchscreen, and enough RAM to keep Windows from self-destructing. I’ve already recommended this laptop to a friend, and my job’s IT department has been purchasing them, too. The USB-C port supports, which works with my AR glasses as a second display.

Great Value Computer!!

I just need it to run windows only applications and it works perfectly. Definitely recommend anyone pick this modle up if your looking for a decent computer

I use it for college and it's able to store and process all my programs. I believe the only downside is the screen quality, but I would gladly sacrifice that for everything else.

I'm not very tech savvy at 75 years young and a friend helped me set it up. VERY simple - I could have done it myself ! LOL I had the most wonderful lady help and guide me through what would best suit my needs as I am now fully retired from working at home since January. Very pleased with its performance and a great price point.

Worst customer service

Item purchased was to be picked up at store. Tried to change/add pick up person. Tried to call store. Was told NO store has contact by phone. I was told to edit that info on line. After going through 5 screens in the edit process there was no way to edit pick up person name. I spent an hour and 45 minutes on the phone and computer for a simple name change. I got ZER0 service. I will NEVER make another purchase with your store.

Mostly work tasks, but it will handle streaming and social media interactions without issue. I have not tried gaming on it, but I would imagine that it could handle light computer demand games. For the price and features, I would recommend this computer to others.
