I caught it on sale for $499 which makes me even happier about this purchase but overall we are very pleased!

It gets the work done but I did not have to pay for extra luxuries. It's serving me well, so far. I like the touchscreen. I like the processor.

Excellent laptop

This laptop has helped get so much work done and has helped me edit videos, play games, graph my work and get new jobs I never thought I could get. The touch screen makes it easier to edit stuff and when playing games. The phone link opinion has been amazing when I want to use a higher quality camera.

Excellent service and great option for college!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I came in with my dad to get a computer for my college courses in EMS and nursing school to get into becoming a critical care-helicopter paramedic/flight nurse in the future. As a double majoring college student, I needed something of my own so I could do my assignments as sharing a computer just wasn’t working out. Neither of us know much about computers personally but we found an associate and she was very informative and extremely helpful. I am unable to remember her name as I am terrible with names but her service was excellent. I love my laptop and I use it all the time for paramedic school and also nursing school.

Fast performing laptop

Not bad, not great. Basic laptop.

But has a touchscreen and enough RAM not to slow you down too much. Biggest gripe is the power cable, which is not USB c. Very old tech for a newer laptop. Annoying to have to keep up with a particular power cable. But bought it for a kid to use with online classes and it serves the purpose. Would not buy it for myself.
