The only issue it had at the beginning was the microphone wasn't working. Couldn't find it anywhere that you normally would look. Took it back for the Geek Squad to fix, and they finally found it after a really big deep dive into the system. All is working perfectly now. Would definitely highly recommend this laptop to anyone.

Great purchase

I literally saved hundreds of dollars with this great purchase he said it's better than his previous apple computer which cost hundreds of dollars more. So I'm happy we made this great purchase.

A good machine at a good price

Out computing needs are rather basic and this laptop more than meets our needs. The price was favorable, too. (I am required to respond to a rating on battery life, but we simply leave the laptop plugged into its power supply, so that does not really apply for us.
