As far as my in-store service at the store in Dover Delaware, the associate Sal, was very good. I spent a good half hour 45 minutes talking to him about various laptops and what I wanted to do and what I would need to do it well. I can't say enough good things about him. Additionally, I had accrued quite a few points, and was able to redeem them all in the purchase of this laptop which was a real good Plus. The staff also showed me how I could earn more points for future purchases, without spending more money. As far as the laptop itself, this is quite a upgrade from the small 3-year-old Chromebook I had been using. Touch screen is quite nice, the laptop starts quickly, and the process of moving everything from both my PC and my Chromebook was straightforward and relatively easy. I pretty much use this in it home office type setting, word processing, some Excel work, and I'm going to start using it for photo editing. Nothing too serious. All in all the experience was a 10, and so far the laptop is a 10 also.

This laptop is amazing. I was honestly a bit skeptical because I have been brought up that the more it has, the more that can break. As that is still true, the touch screen is smooth and works great. I don't have anything to compare to it though. I love the memory and the medium sized screen. The entire computer itself hasn't ceased to amaze me.

Still getting used to a laptop, but it has worked great for everything I have done so far. Nice to be able to move around instead of sitting next to a desk top for a long time.

I’m really happy with my Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3 – it’s been great for everyday use! The screen is clear and bright, and the touchscreen makes it super fun and easy to use. It’s light and slim, so I can carry it around without feeling weighed down. Perfect for watching shows, browsing, or getting some work done. It starts up quickly and runs smoothly, even with a bunch of tabs open. The battery lasts a long time – I don’t have to charge it constantly. Typing feels comfortable, which is nice for emails or homework. It looks clean and modern, not bulky like some other laptops. Wi-Fi connects fast, and everything just works the way it should.

I bought this for my wife for her birthday. This is a great little laptop. She loves the touchscreen. It's very user friendly. It's compact enough that she can take it with her on the go. She's not really a "gamer" but she has a few games she likes to play. This laptop fulfills that need. We would recommend and buy again!

It is good to have a dependable product that responds as I need it. I like the larger screen, but I am still getting used to the wider keyboard. The touch screen clarity and responsiveness are great.

This laptop was good choice for my basic needs of graduate school. It's pretty lightweight and easy to carry around, the speed is good, the quality is good- no complaints here.

I’ve been using the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3 15.6″ for a couple weeks now, and overall it’s been very reliable and well-balanced for everyday computing. Right away I appreciated how lightweight and portable it is for a 15.6″ laptop — easy to carry between rooms or toss in a backpack. Under the hood, the modern processor and RAM combination let me multitask smoothly: web browsing, documents, spreadsheets, streaming, and multiple browser tabs all run without lag. For typical office work, school, and everyday tasks, performance feels solid and snappy. The Full HD display looks sharp enough for writing, watching shows, or light creative work — colors and clarity are good for general use. I also like the keyboard: it’s comfortable, reasonably responsive, and typing feels fluid. Connectivity options and ports are more than adequate, which makes plugging in accessories or external drives easy. Battery life is decent for everyday tasks — I can get through a good chunk of work or streaming without needing to plug in.
