It works well, however one day it went into Safe Mode and I had to figure out how to restore it so I could reconnect to the internet.

Disappointing Quality

I bought the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3 but returned it because I didn’t like the build quality. The laptop felt very plasticky and flimsy, especially the lid and keyboard area. It didn’t feel sturdy enough for everyday use.
Performance was okay for basic tasks. Overall, it just didn’t feel like something I’d want to keep long term.

If you're looking for something that can do the bare minimum or something that is just good enough, then this is the right laptop for you.

Poor screen quality

No issues with it running so far. I will say that the screen quality is not the best. Everything has a slight blur to it, which is very unfortunate for the price I paid.

Dead after 7 mos, repair center unreachable

7 mos after purchase the screen went black. Took it to Best Buy only to be told by Best Buy that we had to contact Lenovo ourselves and ship it to Kentucky to be repaired, which will cost 89.00 shipping. Best Buy did not offer us any way to contact Lenovo, no phone numbers, nothing helpful, and finding information to contact Lenovo and getting through on any phone number we found ourselves, is next to impossible. However, if you enjoy having a non-working computer, sitting on the phone listening to elevator music for hours, this is the computer for you.

Misleading Promises

Very pleased with the laptop. Very displeased with the pressure and misleading promises to save money by signing up for a Bestbuy credit card. No money back, just points on next purchase. Not what I was lead to believe.
