Replacing my old laptop with this Lenovo Idea Pad is the best! Really easy to navigate and transfer data from old laptop for a senior citizen! I am very happy with the Lenovo and the price was within my budget.

I got my printer after doing a lot of research on which would be best for me. It runs very smoothly and is very nice.

Exactly what I needed. Works great! Best Busy made my purchase as easy and convenient as it could possibly be. I made the purchase online and was able to use ZIP to spread out the payments. I was able to pick up my laptop pretty quickly and they brought it right out to me. It connected to my HP wireless printer in seconds which I also bought through the same process about 9 months ago. No complaints. Everything works seamlessly and is very straightforward.

Since Windows 10 won't be supported anymore, I needed to upgrade from my older 2018 Lenovo laptop. I use it mainly for browsing or streaming. It's a fast little laptop with a touchscreen (although I hardly ever use the touchscreen feature). I have a fast gaming PC meant for more demanding tasks, but I don't always need that kind of computer power. Sometimes, I just want to lounge around while browsing online.

Since I purchased a laptop for myself, I also purchased this for my granddaughter fir Christmas gift. She loved it!

This was gift fot my grandson. He uses for home schooling, but mostly for games. He is happy with the speed, no lagging. He enjoys it very much. He's 8 years old.

This computer is amazing for many things. I’m able to everything I need for work, and I can also play high quality games. This computer is great for anyone.

This is my first time buying a Lenovo laptop. I’ve always had dells for the past 23 year but I like this one for the most part. Only big issue I’ve had was getting some sort of a “PSP found PSP NVRAM exists but not healthy. PSP requiring to clear PSP NVRAM” message when I tried to download some initial BIOS updates from the Lenovo site. Apparently it has something to do with the encryption on the computer which I turned off and haven’t had the issue since. Other than that, no issues. I do wish I had the ability to replace the battery when it gets old. Every laptop I’ve owned I’ve had to do that so I’m not sure what I’ll do when this battery goes bad in a few years. I also wish I had access to the ram in case that ever goes bad so that I can replace that too.

Perfect budget laptop for beginners and new designers. I was shocked how much this could handle (Adobe illustrator, 7 tabs Firefox, and discord). If you are starting out or can't afford a lot, this compares well to my 2k Zephyrus laptop.
