Salesman was helpful in delivering from their stockroom. This particular model was not diplayed in the store but was on the BB website.
I bought for its low cost, choosing AMD processors rather than Intel.

I'm very satisfied with the help I received in finding my new lap top. And I'm also happy my new lap-top. I'm still trying to figure some things out on it, but in time I'm sure that I will manage to figure it out.

Old Lenovo versus New Lenovo

I bought this laptop to replace the old Lenovo I had. It worked find but I felt like the keys were so plasticy and made so much noise when I used then. I returned it to Best Buy as it was so annoying. It worked ok though. I don't know if they are all so plastic sounding now or if it was just that model.

Sometimes after closing the laptop it was issues turning back on to where you need to hold the power button for 30 seconds. Sometimes after taking the charger out (despite being fully charged) the laptop justs shuts off. However, in all this laptop had been good to me for the month I've had it.

First, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button and ensure all updates are installed completely.
