We came in for a sale price on a laptop but were charged full price. Luckily I noticed before leaving the store. We had to go to a different computer to return it and rebuy it. We didn't get our refund for 2 weeks.

To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue by resolving system bugs. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.

So far i like it lets be honest you cant review something honesty until you put it to the test. So first impressions i love but dont buy this based on that. Do your homework and make a decision based on that. I will edit when i kniw more. I was ask by best buy for this review but to me its way too soon.

Horrible customer service

I had a bad experience. I was told that I would get Best buy membership for $45. Sales persons said they take the price of the warranty off and put the $45 on. When I looked at receipt when I got home I was surprised. So I called the 800 best buy number Saturday night to tell them not to put software on my computer. Because I want to return everything. They told me they would contact the store and stop them. So when I got a call when they open to come get computer. I was not happy. But probably not as fault because he didn't get a message. I talked to management before I sat down with geek squad. I talked to manger. They Said I could return everything but I would be charged for the software that was put on the computer $80. I said they did put most of the stuff on my computer yet they said they need my password and me. Managers did not check on that I had to sit there and watch them put 5 things on my computer. Also, I bought an accessory and got charged for putting software on my computer that didn't work. The pen I bought was broken. It was an open box. They were supposed to test it to make sure it worked. They said that they had too many items in there to check the Bluetooth so I would work but it didn't.And the software I bought was supposed to be free at set online. I was treated horribly.

So far it’s a good laptop. Have not had a chance to use it much. I had asked the salesperson if office products were already loaded/licensed on it or needed to be purchased separately. She said everything was on it but it is not still needed to purchase license to use excel and word
