My new favorite laptop

Setup took no time at all. Boot time is the fastest I've ever seen and i couldn't believe the low price!

It doesn’t overheat and runs quickly. The only room for improvement would be a backlit keyboard that could be toggled but that just wasn’t part of this computer’s design so it’s not a fault.

Excellent Laptop

Works very well for my needs. Love the sleek design and the size is perfect for me. I did not want one of those super large screens. I bought a case for it and it works for me for easy travel. Great laptop

I like how lightweight it is, and the speed is more than adequate for my needs. I bought this to replace a desktop that was showing it's age, and so far it has exceeded my expectations. The sale price was the determining factor on my purchase.

Worst customer service

Item purchased was to be picked up at store. Tried to change/add pick up person. Tried to call store. Was told NO store has contact by phone. I was told to edit that info on line. After going through 5 screens in the edit process there was no way to edit pick up person name. I spent an hour and 45 minutes on the phone and computer for a simple name change. I got ZER0 service. I will NEVER make another purchase with your store.

The design is lightweight and easy to carry, which makes it convenient for work, classes, and travel. The display is clear and bright, and I’ve had no issues with streaming videos or browsing the web. Performance-wise, it handles basic tasks smoothly, such as writing documents, video calls, and running standard applications. I like that it doesn’t overheat easily and stays relatively quiet during normal use. The battery life is decent as well, lasting several hours before needing a recharge. One thing I didn’t like is that the built-in speakers are not very strong, so watching videos without headphones isn’t ideal. Overall, this laptop is a good choice for everyday tasks and light work. I'm not very tech savvy at 75 years young and a friend helped me set it up. VERY simple - I could have done it myself ! LOL I had the most wonderful lady help and guide me through what would best suit my needs as I am now fully retired from working at home since January. Very pleased with its performance and a great price point.

way stronger than I thought

I was shocked how much this could handle (Adobe illustrator, 7 tabs Firefox, and discord). If you are starting out or can't afford a lot, this compares well to my 2k Zephyrus laptop.
