The ease of transferring from one computer to the next. The ability to work on home computer and pick up on the laptop is so nice. Works fast enough for my needs.

I absolutely love this computer! For years I've just been using my ipad for everything and this model being a touch screen has definitely helped with that transition. I'm not a gamer but an artist and I've been using it for website building, cleaning up images and applying for submissions and jobs. It's perfect, fast and super easy. I love it! 10/10 recommend.

Love it! The startup speed is excellent - processing times when running apps are great. I'm also loving how light-weight it feels, especially with having a larger screen.

EXCELLENT product! WORST customer service experience ever! Item purchased was to be picked up at store. Tried to change/add pick up person. Tried to call store. Was told NO store has contact by phone. I was told to edit that info on line. After going through 5 screens in the edit process there was no way to edit pick up person name. I spent an hour and 45 minutes on the phone and computer for a simple name change. I got ZER0 service. I will NEVER make another purchase with your store.

LOVE LOVE my new laptop - I previously owned an HP and this by far is more than perfect for my needs. I'm not very tech savvy at 75 years young and a friend helped me set it up. VERY simple - I could have done it myself ! LOL I had the most wonderful lady help and guide me through what would best suit my needs as I am now fully retired from working at home since January. Very pleased with its performance and a great price point.

Good enough for routine Internet use. Quick response times with the use of a flash drive. Battery life starts out pretty good. Display is very good.

This laptop was recommended to me by some that works in IT! Works very well for my needs. Love the sleek design and the size is perfect for me. I did not want one of those super large screens. I bought a case for it and it works for me for easy travel. Excellent computer and functions very well.

Very impressed with this laptop. It's the first Lenovo laptop. I like how lightweight it is, and the speed is more than adequate for my needs. I bought this to replace a desktop that was showing it's age, and so far it has exceeded my expectations. The sale price was the determining factor on my purchase.

This is a solid choice for my need. I'm loving the screen size - large enough for improved Zoom/movies - but it still fits in my briefcase & feels mobile when I need it. The speed and display fulfill my purposes - mostly meetings, writing, streaming. I appreciate the clean, sleek, steel grey appearance. The only thing I miss is a thumbprint ID option. Great online shopping experience with Best Buy - walked right into the store to pick up my prepaid laptop on a busy Saturday night.

Replacing my old laptop with this Lenovo Idea Pad is the best! Really easy to navigate and transfer data from old laptop for a senior citizen! I am very happy with the Lenovo and the price was within my budget.

This is an affordable laptop solution if you have a limited budget. I got this on sale for $250.00 off. I started a YouTube channel and post a video or podcast almost daily. This laptop works great for YouTube and everything else I do on a daily basis. It has a built in camera if you cannot afford a separate camera or you don’t have one of the latest smartphones to use. While the speakers/mic work fine for Zoom calls, I use a professional mic and headphones gifted to me by a friend for recordings.
