i had to return this device mainly because i wanted to game and got myself an hp victus, however without a doubt, i was amazed with the performance for a budget option and would recommend this to anyone. it has no issues whatsoever and its highly rated for battery life too. the ine thing i will miss that my hp victus doesnt have is a touch screen for less than $400 on a budget laptop is nuts and its very silky smooth to the touch since its not oled or just a glass display its like touching paper that is technology

The sleekness of the design is very nice and modern, it is lightweight, and I love that it is touchscreen! The other reviews that I've read before purchasing concerning the fans that run all the time/are loud/runs hot, are true! Nothing that I am really bothered by considering my last Lenovo laptop was the same way. The battery life isn't the best, but then again it might be because I play the Sims 4 on it a lot, and have some website pages open still. Other than that,I like it! Was a decent price too!

I’ve been using the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3 with the AMD Ryzen 7 5825U for a little while now, and overall, I’m pretty happy with it. For the price, it feels like a solid deal especially with 16GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD packed into a slim and light chassis. The Arctic Grey color looks clean and modern too. Performance-wise, it handles multitasking easily. I can run several tabs, documents, and apps without any slowdown, and it stays pretty quiet while doing it. The Ryzen 7 gives it a nice boost in speed definitely not sluggish like cheaper laptops I’ve used in the past. The touchscreen is a nice bonus. I didn’t think I’d use it much, but it’s surprisingly handy for scrolling and quick taps when I don’t feel like using the trackpad. The display itself is Full HD and clear, though the brightness could be better if you’re working in a really sunny room. Battery life is decent but not amazing. I get through most of the day on a single charge, but if I’m doing more intensive tasks, I’ll need to plug it in sooner. If I had to nitpick, I’d say the speakers are just average and the build is more plastic-y than premium, but again for the price point, you can’t expect a MacBook build quality. Bottom line: It’s fast, reliable, and has great specs for what I paid. It’s a great everyday laptop for work, school, or casual use. If you’re not super picky about ultra-bright displays or high-end materials, this is a great buy.

Have owned for just a few weeks, but thrilled with the purchase so far. Slim design, powers up quickly, fast processor, display is bright, shuts down just as fast. Firmly believe I made a great pick. Pricing, as it was a daily deal, well within expectations. Highly recommend!

I am a independent contractor who travels often with long plane rides, and I just needed a computer that runs great, is smooth, and can handle the application I have to use that sucks up RAM. This has been the perfect computer, my laptop that was also my gaming laptop could not last more than an hour and a half without a charger, this goes 8-10 hours without being plugged in with 6-8 applications running. This has massively helped my business and productivity and the best part... IT IS ONE OF THE CHEAPER COMPUTER OPTIONS. Don't let the price tag fool you, this computer meets your work needs in every way.

This is my first experience with a Lenovo laptop, though I have wanted one through the years. And, even though my HP laptop is ancient now and I was definitely in need of a new laptop, I wasn't going to get a new laptop. But a young man, who has since graduated from JMU, was an excellent sales person for someone such as myself: unsure of new technology and upcoming strides being made within the tech world. So, I purchased it and I am Very glad I did. It is as fast as he said it would be and, while the battery does last most of the day, I haven't been able to get it to completely run out of juice before I have to use it again. It just keeps going. I guess that's a good problem to have though.;-) So, if you're thinking of purchasing this Lenovo laptop, think no more. Go ahead and purchase it.
