The 512GB SSD ensures fast boot times, and the 16GB of memory handles heavy workloads easily. The Full HD display is crisp, and the touchscreen feature is a great bonus for navigating quickly. It’s thin enough to carry around all day but powerful enough to be my main workstation. Very happy with this Best Buy purchase.

Touch screen and easy to use

Powerful touch screen laptop at a great price

The i3 laptop I purchased for her over five years ago was just not cutting it anymore. The touchscreen is a nice touch. Very powerful Ryzen 7 processor and 16GB RAM should last her another five years of Facebook, surfing the web and emails no problem! I also highly recommend purchasing the Best Buy Total Membership, it covers everything you purchase through Bestbuy, I can say that it has paid for itself several times over in the past three years I've used it.

Great Laptop

I've always bought HP laptops. I bought my daughter and husband Lenovo Chromebooks for Christmas last year and they both have held up well. When my last HP's motherboard went out after having it for 5 years with limited use. I decided to make a switch to Lenovo. This laptop is faster than my past and I love the touchscreen. I primarily use it for homeschooling. I haven't had any issues out of it thus far and am pleased with my purchase.

Nice computer for price.

Does everything I need-email, internet searches, purchasing on net, etc. Not a gamer so can't judge that. Getting used to touch screen since this replaced a desktop.
