    Had an IP Computer and did not care for it, I like the Lenovo, but it does not stay charged for very long. About half the time as my Dell or my IP. I will be going back to Dell. it doesn't pay to try and save a little money.

    Internet keeps failing with this laptop without any disruption in internet access (no other devices go offline and internet speeds are unchanged). Once the laptop is restarted internet access reconnects. The issue started after the free return policy with Best Buy expired; otherwise, I would have returned the laptop. I am not happy that the model doesn't have USB for charging as I have another Lenovo that has USB charge port so I wouldn't have to worry about forgetting a charger, but that was my mistake as I reviewed multiple laptops prior to purchasing and had models confused.

    I was looking for a lower cost but still highly functional laptop to replace my aging Surface. I got a great price from Best Buy and also bought a membership. That covered the data transfer and also entitles me to Geek Squad Support.

    It is a great laptop to use for business related tasks; however, if you are using this computer primarily for video/zoom meetings, you will need an external webcam as the video quality is low.

    Working fine then didn’t. After uninstalling printer and reinstalling it in order to print to fix the problem…running troubleshooting…Wouldn’t connect at all to my printer and had to pay $40 to geek squad to fix it remotely. Now it works fine with no issues My old laptop still prints with no issues
