    A good product but I could not operate the touch screen. It is because of my arthritic hands. It works easily but I can not properly control the movements.

    Haven't had a long but I am very happy with my Idea Pad Slim. it has all the Software I need to successfully conduct and complete all my projects. It has an ample amount of GB SSD and Memory Storage for myself. I was very excited to have a Co-pilot on board. Helps with not having to do everything alone, like a lil buddy.

    When I arrived at Best Buy I went to the wrong department but the salesman directed me to the correct department then because all of the other salesmen were busy he left his department and came and helped me and even gave me a recommendation for a laptop that is excellent customer service
