    Nice experience from order to pickup to unboxing and around a month of usage. The Laptop is working fine for now. I had one Lenovo Idea pad before and it's hinges came out, need to see whether Lenovo has fixed the flaw with newer version or not. Will wait to see after few more months of usage.

    Old laptop not worth fixing.. Sale price was great… Geek Squad very helpful connecting me with the right replacement. I’m a senior lady with not much tech experience..after purchasing the new laptop they helped transfer all my files and patiently walked me through how things worked.. Plan to be back when IPhone and IPad needs replacing..

    I ended up returning it when I found another model with better specs for cheaper. I did take it out of the box and was surprised at how light it was. I probably would have kept it if I didn't find the other laptop.
