    This computer has a lot of power. Quick response due to its Ryzen 7 processing unit. and 16GB RAM. The folks at Best Buy were very helpful. The camera works well and is extremely easy to use for video conferencing.

    Pretty good specs. Screen is not great, and overall kindol of low end feel. But has a touchscreen and enough RAM not to slow you down too much. Biggest gripe is the power cable, which is not USB c. Very old tech for a newer laptop. Annoying to have to keep up with a particular power cable. But bought it for a kid to use with online classes and it serves the purpose. Would not buy it for myself.

    Bought this for my father and it's perfect. Lightweight, not complicated, and is plenty fast for Internet, YouTube, and taxes. Would be a great starter laptop for anyone.
