    Pretty good PC. Only 1 problem - been unable to resolve. Unable to login to my email from time to time - says ACN number not accepted by internet provider. Sems to resolve itself after couple days.

    The IdeaPad appeared to be just what I was looking for and on sale at the time but I stopped the purchase because the 365 program would not let the Geek Squad transfer files from my old computer to the new computer, so I never did get to touch the new computer and stopped the sale before carrying it out of the store. Th rate the computer would be inappropriate.

    Very fast computer, however two days after purchase we charged the battery, and it showed 11-month warranty left. Also, purchasing this item at the BestBuy store was miserable.
