Well Laptop with minimum issues

Sometimes after taking the charger out (despite being fully charged) the laptop justs shuts off. However, in all this laptop had been good to me for the month I've had it.

First, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button and ensure all updates are installed completely.

Beware of motherboard issues

Took to Best Buy Geek Squad. Laptop was sent to manufacturer for repair. The motherboard was replace after 3.weeks. Picked it up, got it home, could not set the laptop up because the drivers were not reinstalled by Lenovo. GREAT experience and customer service by Cain, Geek Squad, in store!!!
