love bestbuy refurbish items ive purchase from phones apple watches samsung phones and this laptop chrome book in great conditions works fast batterry last a verry long time havent had no issues at all highly recomend bestbuy refurbish one of the best you can trust

Build quality was good, no glaring issues there. The computer functions as intended. There is an HDCP compliance issue which makes Prime Video have issues with this laptop even when using the provided chromeapp. This may be service related rather than the laptop's fault. The sound is not as good as my phone but I didn't buy it for entertainment. This is a device for work. All that being said, productivity wise the laptop does well, I was able to do my writing as well as get work done at my day job. The laptop offered good speed for what it is and is comfortable enough when typing. I haven't used a chromebook since the first ones came out and I'm very happy overall with the usability and functional improvements they added. TLDR: Good productivity laptop that does okay on entertainment.

No problems. Excellent for what my needs are. Light weight and very easy to transport. I only charge once a week hold a great battery life.

This is the best chromebook out of the 15 chromebooks i have ths was the fastest and most tesponsive chrome for over 2 years i have been very happy with it and i am still using it and it works perfectly fine

Great and fast! Honestly I’m not a big computer person anymore. I do everything on my phone but felt like I needed another device if I ever run into something that doesn’t support mobile. It’s a Chromebook, so there’s a few things you won’t be able to do compared to to a windows laptop. But I don’t find myself having a need for anything like that yet. This is great for a student, parent or anybody that needs something that won’t break the bank. I got this on sale for about $130ish. So it’s been great so far for the price

It does an excellent job for what it's supposed to do. Got this as a gift for someone in highschool and I think it's very fitting for someone who is focused for simple school work! It also allows to download extra apps so has wiggle room for personalization!

Not exactly what I wanted. But all I could afford. Does the job for now. But doesn't have much storage and I had to fix the sound for zoom calls.

I recently picked up the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3 Chromebook (14"), and it has been a solid addition to my daily routine. For the price, the 1080p Full HD screen is surprisingly crisp—much better than the 720p screens you usually see at this price point. The MediaTek Kompanio 520 processor handles web browsing and streaming YouTube perfectly fine. While 4GB of RAM means you shouldn’t open 50 tabs at once, it’s snappy for Google Docs and Netflix. The battery life is the real winner here; I can easily get through a full day without reaching for the charger. The Abyss Blue finish also gives it a more premium look than your standard plastic laptop. Highly recommend it for students or anyone who just needs a reliable device for the basics!"

I’m very happy with this Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3 Chromebook. The 14" Full HD display is clear and bright, making it great for everyday use, streaming, and browsing. I have no problem with Best Buy, or the item I purchased. My complaint is against using FedX when they have repeatedly been asked to leave packages on a side enclosed porch towards the back of our house. This package was left at a front door that has no protection from the elements.

This is my first Lenovo chromebook i bought it for my kids and i like it good screen quality, it has option to close the camera. Overall good quality product it has everything kids need.

Ended up returning this. The model on dispay in the store was the touch screen with the IPS, but I was sold this model without the touch screen and the TN display. The colors were very washed out and Chrome OS does not offer any way to fix this. As a result, constant staring at the cool tone of this display caused some eye fatigue. At this price, it's probably better to pay for a better Chromebook. I returned this and probably won't buy another Chromebook unless the correct model is on display because a lot of these have cheap screens. This had a nice strong build, good speakers, nice color, and excellent keyboard. It just sucks that the part you'd be staring at the most hours was the worst part of the experience. It also was a little on the heavy side. We need more 13.2 in chromebooks.
