The salesman at Best Buy assisted me in a professional manner and at his recommendation I purchased the Lenovo IdeaPad. Easy set up, lightweight, good quality for the price.

I like my new Lenovo computer. The Geek Squad did a great job seeking up my new computer, and sitting with me to going over all the set-up I needed to do to transfer all my data from my old computer.

Bought this laptop for a senior design project which covers basic coding and debugging. Works perfect for small projects or daily tasks that don’t require too much storage.

I got this unit because I just needed a laptop computer to accomplish minor tasks and for email. It is perfect for that and more. Well pleased with my Lenovo to this day. For the price it is a great buy at Best Buy.

I love this laptop. I got it to be able to work from home but the type of phone system that I need to work will only work with the laptop that is provided by my job. I am thinking about going back to school and this would come in handy. I only have a problem is that the guy o nthe phone who helped me with my purchase told me it would be ready on no more than an hour but by the time I got to the store it wasn;t even close to being ready. I had to download the app and make a phone call to request it ASAP.

I got it on sale. It was really good value for the money. Connects seamlessly with my Motorola Edge+ 2023 (Snapdragon 8 Gen 2) through Smart Connect. It's like Samsung Dex. I'm used to OLED and IPS screens. As a result, looking at this TN display from an angle is disappointing. It's expected for the price point though. It's equipped with a basic i3 chip, integrated graphics, and the system is very optimized. The 10-key makes data entry for remote work a breeze. Strongly recommend as a first laptop or one for basic tasks.

Easy to navigate and install apps on. The keyboard is an excellent size for people who type a lot. Runs well and I have not had any trouble with lag during video calls.

Never had a Lenovo computer before but really love the one I purchased. Everything is there that I need. Still learning some of the things on it but like how everything flows so well.

For the price this laptop is wonderful. Fast with wonderful graphics. I do a lot web surfing, writing, and some gaming. Bought this laptop a couple months ago and I am pleased with its performance

Excellent homeschool laptops, my 9 and 13-year-olds use them with ease. The setup was simple and they are fast and reliable. Memory so far will not be an issue; I would recommend it to parents who are looking for a laptop for their kids.

Decent budget laptop, purchased on a Black Friday special. Purchased for light use - surfing, emailing. Didn't need anything fancy. I like the keyboard has a number pad on it, wish it was back lit however. The screen doesn't seem super crisp, but again I was just looking for something to "Get the job done".

I have been satisfied with the quality of this laptop for the price that I paid. It adequately meets my needs. I would recommend this laptop if you need a budget one.

I love how easy it is to use and the cloud function I was able to transfer all my files and need applications from my desktop. So it is very easy to transition work from desktop to my laptop. For the price it is a very reliable laptop

The Lenovo series with the Microsoft platform is absolutely one of my better purchases when it comes to laptops the speed is great, and it syncs with everything I have. I would recommend this laptop to those seeking to produce documents at a blazing speed and have all of your cloud accounts sync all in one place no outside storage device needed. Bought this for my daughter, who is doing virtual High School. It is perfect! She hasn't had any issues with it at all. The storage seems to be perfect for what she needs to do a lot of projects. The screen and graphics are very clear.

I love my new laptop. I especially love the customer service I received . I am in my 70's and have a difficult time with technology . "Shayaa" with the Geek Squad at the Henderson location , was beyond helpful. She was so patient and informative in setting up my new laptop. I find the Lenova extremely user friendly and it meets all of my needs . I would not buy electronics from any other place than Best Buy . Quality and Customer service is outstanding .

I needed a PC that was functional with nothing flashy - and this is perfect. I can easily surf the net, use MS Office and stream movies. Nothing more and nothing less - it was exactly what I needed. The sales team did not try to sell me something with more features than I needed and I really appreciated that as well.
