Good with KDE Neon

For whatever reason it arrived without a booklet of directions so I have no idea what some of the keys (i.e. F1-F12 are intended for? Any ideas? Besides ask Lenovo the manufacturer of course...

So, I am delighted that I found a later version of my laptop and the wonderful Geek Squad transformed it into my reliable, and familiar, computer. Everything is running smoothly--and faster!!
