Different specification in the store

I took the computer home as a gift for my mom, but when I opened it, I discovered it was a different color and had no touchscreen feature.

It's ok for the money I guess

The memory is low because some games require more than it has. They should let us know that. Screen resolution not great also.

This may be why are experiencing slowdowns in speeds when completing these tasks. We recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Poor color quality

I have looked into enhancing the color but it didn’t make a difference. I would not recommend this laptop for that reason. It works and I only use it once in a while so I can deal with it.
