The associate lied to me and sold me the incorrect laptop, it’s not even the same color nor does it have the features I asked for. It also has random lags.

Built-in mouse-pad & keyboard are bad. We added a wireless mouse & wireless keyboard and it is usable for email & blog posts. "Would I recommend this product?" Not without an external mouse & keyboard. So as is "No" I do not recommend.

Original salesperson did a great job of telling me which computer best fit my needs, then when I said let’s proceed, things got unprofessional and confusing. The computer I wanted turns out was discontinued, and yet i still purchased the very computer I was told was not as good.

I've only had this computer a few hours. That being said it looks good, I had no problems getting it up and running. I am using primarily for slicing software, and light burn. It has no problems doing what I need to do, and the price was great. I walked into the store, picked it up off the shelf, payed for it and set it up. No issues. I really like the blue too.
