The first thing that stands out is how fast and responsive it feels gapps open instantly, and multitasking is a breeze. But the real winner here is the battery life; I can finally leave my charger at home and get through a full workday without any anxiety

This Lenovo is actually way better than i thought it would be! The speaker isnt that loudest but not a big problem. Touch screen works great! The screen quality is good, not the best. I am happy with it

Great New Laptop

It took me a long time to decide what laptop to get to replace the one I had for the last 10 years. I love the look and feel of this laptop and the touchscreen was a non-negotiable feature, so that sealed the deal. I love how light it is and that even with the number keypad on the side, it is still on the smaller side and feels compact. The speed is great and it charges fast. I'm very happy with this purchase!

The speakers are lacking volume and quality but are acceptable. Matte screen is touchscreen and is fine overall, even thought it could use one more notch of brightness in high light conditions. The offset trackpad takes some getting used to and is probably my biggest complaint. Battery life is awesome, and the unit has almost no heat.

I haven't been able to really test out the battery but everything else didn't disappoint, it was easy to transfer all my stuff and to connect my devices its not to big or small uts perfect.

Many festures have not been further explored. Needed the basics ready to operate. The cost for the laptop was adequate, so far no complaints at all, very pleased.

My most recent purchase was for a second laptop within a year. I had reservations and anxiety over finding a laptop just for me after my Lenova Yoga Chromebook crashed. I used this device for 6 years. Switching over to a PC wasn't going to be easy for me. That's like moving from the left brain to the right. The service tech was very thorough and very helpful. My Christmas present to myself was definitely a rewarding experience. The Killeen, Texas deserves the 5 stars!!!

The touchscreen is responsive and makes navigation easy. The keyboard is smooth and comfortable to type on, and the backlit keys are a great feature, especially in low light. Overall, it’s simple to manage and works exactly the way I need it to.
