Best Buy has the wrong part number for this model in their system. I ordered the Slim 3x and received a Slim 3. I confirmed with customer support that that the online part number does match the actual computer description. My computer works excellent regardless and I purchased it on sale so I kept it, but I thought others would want to know before they decided to purchase this. Double check your item!!!

I love it!!! Just what i need for school. The speed and quality is awesome.

So far it has worked great for what I need, I love the finger print scanner and the web cam worked perfect for zoom, the touch screen is awesome. I haven't been able to really test out the battery but everything else didn't disappoint, it was easy to transfer all my stuff and to connect my devices its not to big or small uts perfect.

It’s a great computer. Can’t wait to use it! It’s a great size to travel between places.

Great Laptop!!! Love the backlit keyboard. Keys are set just right and have a good feel when typing. That extra numbers keypad is a must!!!. Lightweight but "sturdy". Great machine. Have recommended to others. Love it!!!

This was a great replacement laptop for my home needs --- much faster, good response and it was easy to set up and get going right away.

I find it to be heavy and too big, and found it didn't have enough storage for me. Good keyboard, fast processor though.

Excellent product very happy with it. I just need to fine tune it.

Got this as a Christmas gift for my older parents. They aren't tech savvy and I assumed the touch screen would help. They loved the gift and it appears to be a great daily user for general purpose computing. The 16gb of ram will keep this computer running at optimal speeds without the need of IT support(me).

My wife needed a new laptop so I had a lot of great help w the store that I purchased it at Julian was great he really new his stuff and made it lot easier to shop for n my wife was very excited to get it on Xmas she loved it so thanks again to North Attleborough Best Buy I app all the help and I will be making future purchases with you guys

For budget laptops this one performs really well. I had heard online that in 2025 the best option for laptops is Lenovo. And this laptop has met its expectations. I ahve several high-memory programs and the amount of heating is reasonable. The keyboard is comfortable and the screen quality was also impresive. I almost went with a gaming laptop but I'm glad I didn't because I'm going to use this mainly for work.

I am very happy with my LENOVO laptop. Still learning a lot on how to work on it but am enjoying the fact that it responds both very well to touch screen and to the mouse I bought since I was used to using the mouse a lot more. I love it.
