This is the first computer I bought in a number of years. My last few were Dells. I must admit I don’t know much about computers, but I took my friend who is much more knowledgeable and she thought this would be a good computer for me and I did to seeing the price. I must’ve admit. I’m still learning about it, but it’s light weight doesn’t take up a lot of space it’s easy to use and at this point I would say I’m 100% satisfied.

Super fast pc. Really liking the laptop I purchased at a great price. It went down $50.00 in price a couple weeks after I purchased and it was simple and instantaneous on line to get the price match !

I'm very pleased with this laptop. I enjoy the fingertip identifier and the backlit keyboard. I saved over 45% with buying this as an open box purchase. I'm very happy that Best Buy was able to ship my purchase to my house.

I love it!!! Its exactly what I need when doing my school work. It has a fast processor and the memory is great! I have high hopes for this laptop!

I purchased a dell before this ryzen 7 and tbh im happy i returned it. This Lenovo is actually way better than i thought it would be! The speaker isnt that loudest but not a big problem. Touch screen works great! The screen quality is good, not the best. I am happy with it

My son loves this laptop he does schoolwork plays video games and streams.

So far, I am very happy with this new laptop. It performs well, and meets my needs. Easy to operate, and good battery life.

Great compact lots if feat touch screen web cam etc. The ai is not evolved enough to raise the price on theses pcs.

My daughter wanted a computer that she could play Minecraft and Roblox on. This computer is super fast and she has no trouble playing her games. I would recommend this computer for everyday task also.

Avid Dell owner but decided to try a new brand this time. Sleek, fast, friendly. After two weeks of ownership, we purchased a second! Battery lasts forever, clear display and moves as promised!

This laptop is everything I could ever ask for and more.

It seems like a good computer thus far. It has a large screen and good graphics. It can run a bit slow with games. The concerning aspect is the charger, which gets very hot, and I am a bit worried about the potential for a fire hazard. I'm not sure if there is just a problem with the one I have or a larger issue.

Really powerful and efficient laptop with a few quirks. Speed and specs are great for the price. The speakers are lacking volume and quality but are acceptable. Matte screen is touchscreen and is fine overall, even thought it could use one more notch of brightness in high light conditions. The offset trackpad takes some getting used to and is probably my biggest complaint. Battery life is awesome, and the unit has almost no heat.

This computer is plenty fast and quiet, however there is a glaring drawback that did not become apparent until after I purchased it. Since it has an ARM based processor, there are many peripherals that do not have compatible drivers, especially printers. I have 2 Brother printers, one of which would work in a limited capacity, the other would not even be recognized by Windows as a printer. There is no workaround for it and Brother has no plans to produce drivers for ARM based systems. This was a deal breaker for me and I had to return this laptop. I wish that Lenovo had been up-front with this information, instead of making me scour the internet for a solution that did not exist.

I purchased this laptop for my daughter for Christmas. She set it up easily and it seems to be working well. So far, no complaints! The backlit keyboard and touchscreen are good features.

Great choice for daily use, wife enjoyed it for school and entrainment.

my lap top came right away. Setting up: some prompts for set up did more than I wanted, Also copied files from computer almost 10 years older, and connected to my cell phone right away and difficulty undoing that.
