Great Computer with Limitations

Otherwise, no complaints.

Still learning a lot on how to work on it but am enjoying the fact that it responds both very well to touch screen and to the mouse I bought since I was used to using the mouse a lot more. I love it.

I am a teacher and my first Lenovo was able to withstand sticky fingers and rough hands from my students. I tripped over it and broke it so I immediately got this one.

This Lenovo is actually way better than i thought it would be! The speaker isnt that loudest but not a big problem. Touch screen works great! The screen quality is good, not the best. I am happy with it

I saved over 45% with buying this as an open box purchase. I'm very happy that Best Buy was able to ship my purchase to my house.

First Snap Dragon Processor experience

Not Compatible With Many Peripherals
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This computer is plenty fast and quiet, however there is a glaring drawback that did not become apparent until after I purchased it. Since it has an ARM based processor, there are many peripherals that do not have compatible drivers, especially printers. I have 2 Brother printers, one of which would work in a limited capacity, the other would not even be recognized by Windows as a printer. There is no workaround for it and Brother has no plans to produce drivers for ARM based systems. This was a deal breaker for me and I had to return this laptop. I wish that Lenovo had been up-front with this information, instead of making me scour the internet for a solution that did not exist.

Pretty decent laptop for my teen

It can run a bit slow with games. The concerning aspect is the charger, which gets very hot, and I am a bit worried about the potential for a fire hazard. I'm not sure if there is just a problem with the one I have or a larger issue.
