Customers are saying

Customers love the comfortable keyboard, portability, and impressive screen of the Ideapad Windows Duet 5i. Many appreciate its build quality and performance for everyday tasks. However, some users find the battery life and limited storage to be shortcomings. The small SSD capacity is a frequent point of concern among customers.

I have had problems with this since I bought it and it's not a very good laptop. It's okay for answering emails and streaming shows, but not much else.

Absolute piece of garbage. After about 2 weeks it started having these crash and restarts. After 4 weeks, it stopped working altogether. Best Buy geek member said these Lenovos are not good quality and recommended I use my refund for an iPad.

It seems like a really great product but I've had nothing but trouble. THE SCREEN DIED TWO MONTHS in I can only use it if it's connected to a monitor. Stuff just stops working. Sometimes I get an error message, sometimes it restarts itself. I can't believe it got to be this broken this quickly.

After 3 months, the screen just stopped working. It is under warranty, so I contacted Lenovo, and now I have to ship it back. This product is not worth all these problems.

One star is too much, I have reformatted this thing 5 times since purchase as EVERY windows update causes a boot failure and it's unable to repair itself and all of the recovery options fail.

Lenovo finally did it right: QHD for 13'' devices

Lenovo finally got it right. 12, 13, 14 inch device/display is best with QHD resolution. Higher resolution (3k~4k) would be a waste and would not be a perfect 200% scale for normal viewing. And if you force 200% scale, text would be too small to read, and control buttons would be too small for touch operations, coz you cannot shrink your finger thumb. Lower resolution on the other hand would not suffice for a Retina display. Again it would not be perfect 200% scale for normal viewing and touch operations.

Great buy if your expectations are reasonable

As a full time Math Teacher (and a part time pastor), this 2-in-1 computer has been perfect for me. It's only downside for me has been that it is about 40% heavier than my Surface Pro (2017) both as a tablet and as a laptop. And if I were someone who did a lot of video or audio editing it wouldn't be powerful enough. But I mostly use the computer for Word/Google docs, Excel/Google Sheets, and Powerpoint/Google slides, along with a few proprietary programs that required Windows as the operating system. For that purpose, it is more than adequate for my needs. I was lucky to get a like-new open box model for under $500! It might be the single best value on a computer that I've ever bought (and being in my 60s, I bought more than 1 or 2 over the years).

Now there has been a bigger influx of tablet PC’s since the Surafce line blew up a while ago! I think tablets like this are great to get the best of both worlds and you couple that with a great build! Just could be a little more affordable.
