I bought these monitors to downsize from a pair of 27" IPS monitors that I had. I wanted to keep the 2560 x 1440 resolution and these fit the bill, additionally I wanted smaller to no bezels. This monitor not only delivers on the resolution they have virtually no bezel. The picture quality blows my other IPS monitors out of the water, very crisp text is better and the color are more accurate to me. Mind you I didn't test them with equipment just a side by side with the old screens. I am watching a video with the monitor in video mode and and it is just stunning. The 23.8" screen size is perfect for my needs. Oh and the base is made of medal which was a pleasant surprise after dealing with plastic bases. If you want a dual screen setup for school, web and videos these are the ones to get. I was worried about there not being any reviews for this screen online but I do not regret buying these at all. As long as they last lol

I got this on sale for $150 and for the price monitor has a good image quality and gets pretty bright. It also has the basic ports such as HDMI and Displayport and audio passthrough. The main drawback I have with this monitor is a lack of a VESA mount. This is because the included stand has a little wobble to it, especially if you are a heavy typer. I got around this by placing a speaker under it but your milage might vary. Other than that, its a solid monitor for the price.

I got one of these on sale at BestBuy for <$200 delivered. It seemed a great value. Strangely, Lenovo raised the list price since I bought this in Jan by ~$30 I use this as a 2nd monitor for my 2017 macbook pro the picture quality is good for text. works well for me at native 2k resolution- I can work on two pages side by side. the monitor has a reduced blue light mode which I use all of the time (my eyes seem sensitive relative to others). picture is sufficient for tv / movie watching, though darks do get washed out, even in monitor's "video" mode the picture quality is noticeably worse than my macbook's screen (contrast / dynamic range mostly), but it does a great job for my needs and for the dollar, so overall, no complaints here. one nit to pick, the menu system to change the display modes is a pain. I scroll through menus more than I want to switch between blue light and video modes. not a huge deal, but an annoyance. build quality is so-so. It's light and cheap, but this comes at the cost of a flimsy chassis. I don't move my monitor much, so it seems okay. lack of vesa mount is hugely annoying, however if you are handy with hardware, there is a work-around. you unscrew the attachment plate from the stand and screw that to a vesa plate. you will also want to create a metal stand-off (I used nuts) so that you are not asking the plastic cover to be a structural component. if you go down this route, do the final tightening of the attachment nuts AFTER you have clipped the mount into the monitor, otherwise, it will be difficult to get the clip to engage. this hack makes for a flimsy, but plenty sufficient vesa mount if you only move your monitor occasionally. If you are aggressive with your adjustments, bad things may happen. the other pain for me was getting the mac to play nicely with this monitor, i.e. get it to display at native resolution. I think this is apple's fault. get the SwitchResX app, and you can sort this out with a little work.

Last year I was looking for an IPS monitor to use as an external one for my laptop. At that time there were almost no reviews for this monitor. It was a new model and it was on sale at BestBuy. It was the only QHD (2560 x 1440) monitor for the money. The problem was that my laptops Graphics card didn't support that resolution. It had only HD output and I was concerned about the picture quality, I thought it might be blurry. I had a couple of other options in my mind such as LG and AOC 27 inch HD monitors, so I went to the store to compare them in person. I decided to go with Lenovo - L24q-20 because I had a plan to switch to a better laptop, thus I could use it to the full potential. It worked perfectly with my old laptop with lower HD resolution. Although I had to adjust the aspect ratio for the picture, or it would stretch it otherwise. This would leave blank black stripes on both sides of the picture, but the picture and text quality was crisp and clear without any blur. It also works perfect with my new MacBook now, taking advantage of the 2K QHD resolution. Design is good, the metallic finish look and feels great. Picture quality is perfect. The only downside for this model is that it doesn't support VESA mounting, and it doesn't have height or turning adjustable stand. My previous monitor LG IPS231P-BN had that options and I miss them in this one. Would highly advise this monitor to anyone.

I've wanted to replace my bad Acer monitor for a while. Did a lot of research and these monitors stuck out to me. They didn't look like the rest of the monitors available. They are this nice almost space grey color and have a very very small bezel. They look a lot nicer than the rest. I ended up buy two and I'm so glad I did. They work seamlessly with my MacBook Pro 2016. The picture quality is amazing and I didn't even know they were 2K when I Bought them. So for $200 each, 2K, amazing design, work flawlessly, and look even better side-by-side, it was an amazing deal.

It is very bright big an have great resolution, maybe the only thing that they need to improve is the base it is very hard to handling.

yes the sale price was the reason i got this SWEET IPS colors are GREAT the monitor does wobble even with the stand tight for the sale price i can live with it i think the price point should be around the $150.00 range VERY HAPPY WITH IT.

Perfect price, nice quality from Lenovo. the Most cost-effective 2K screen. My wife like its design and its silver color.

I like the design and the color of this monitor. I usually go with black bazel, but silver looks sleek and stylish. Good price, works well as well.

I got this monitor while I was shopping at BB to pick up another monitor. This presented more sharpness and a better price than the one I intended to buy. The monitor is indeed sharp, but the setup menu is difficult to navigate, and the colors run a little cold (bluish tinge). This is adjustable, but it's not easy to find out how. Overall, a good monitor, but has its drawbacks. Also, has no VGA port or VESA mount.

We needed, well wanted higher resolution monitors because of working most of the day in front of the screens. This would my first Lenovo product I have ever purchased, I didn't even say their name correctly, however in my personal research of price, screen resolution and being on sale Lenovo "just won". We bought two monitors four months ago and they are working great for both of us, we are very happy. The OSD. I just changed the brightness from 40 to 80 hit OK, it stays set......shut off the monitor warmed up my coffee turned it back on, it is still set on 80. The screen is anti glare, reading text is much easier as expected. Each far edge of the monitor (left right) is a shade or two maybe three darker, brightness and contrast both set on 40. This is most noticeable on a white background and when I first started using the product. I have not thought about it for over 3 months until this review. If this would cause me to drop the monitor four stars I would have to drop a more expensive monitor to four stars for taking too much money out of my pocket. For our use they are five stars. The stand is sturdy and has plenty of up/down tilt. Our PCs are 2010 home builds with on board video, which turns out not able to drive the monitors at full 2560 x 1440 resolution. With two new GTX 1050 Ti cards and two new DisplayPort Cables we now have what we wanted.

This monitor is my first with QHD. I am delighted and am considering buying another. I am a typical desktop app user - Excel, Word, etc. - and have connected to the monitor either one of two typical standard work issue Dell laptops. No special hardware. QHD (any brand) expands the screen "real estate" over regular non-QHD, e.g., 1920x1080 resolution monitors. The increase is a dream for large spreadsheets or for putting two applications side by side. This monitor in particular is well built (doesn't seem flimsy). Nothing bad to say. At the price it's a super value. I thought I would feel a sacrifice with a 24" as I use a 27" 1920x1080 as well. No so. I find I prefer the 24" QHD Lenovo along with the sharp expanded viewing space given with the QHD resolution.

Picked one of these up a few weeks ago open box. After calibrating it a little bit, I love it. Also loving the extra screen estate coming from my old 21.5" 1080p screens to a 23.8" 1440p. No VESA mounting holes but the bezel is super slim.

I bought two screens and they look great next to each other. As a plus, they don't break the bank. The worse thing about them is they aren't versa mount compatible, but if you do some searching you will find they can be retrofitted.

I love this monitor! It is perfect for my light use needs. The bezel-less side design is great. I am not a gamer so don't expect gamer monitor quality here but for me its perfect for me. It was the cheapest QHD monitor at the time.

Great color and contrast. Nice size, easy setup. Now I want a second so that both monitors are identical in my dual monitor setup - although now it costs a lot more.

Affordable anti-glare QHD monitor. The price was around 150 at sales. Best price for the quality. I bought this for my non-retina 13 inch MacBook. It perfectly doubles horizontal pixel numbers and becomes retina monitor. However it does not work great for a retina MacBook as the pixel numbers does not match by integer multipliers. Tested with 13 & 15 retina MacBooks then decided to use only for non-retina MacBook. It also works well with windows PC if you have display input port in your graphic card. Would buy it again to build a dual monitor system.

Macbook Air has a maximum resolution for an external monitor of 2560x1600 (16x10). I've wanted that for a long time, and the Lenovo came close enough (2560x1440 16x9) that for the approximately $150 sale price I jumped on it. Couldn't be happier. Love the large screen real estate. Characters are about the same size as they are on the MacBook screen. Note: on a Mac you must use the DisplayPort connection to get the maximum resolution. I'm not a gamer or a purist, just a user who likes to have lots of windows open. For that it's perfect.

My son was building a new PC and needed real monitors. These 1440p beauties were the same price as 1080p screens so we bought 2. We are happy with our purchase.
