Best Buy’s online shopping has to be some of the worst of any company I’ve ever bought from. Not only do the shipping times suck and are wildly inconsistent, they have sent me the WRONG items for multiple products. This is freaking ridiculous and is extremely incompetent. I don’t even know how it is possible for warehouse workers to mess up so badly so consistently. BEST BUY. FIX THIS.

This is obviously a company wide issue with this product. I ordered this chair on dec 12, to receive one the 21st! IT WAS WRONG! A cheaper Serta chair that Best Buy sells. I have a replacement coming tomorrow and i have no doubt in my mind ill get the wrong one again, considering other reveiws are sayig the same thing. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED!

Upon arrival, packaging seemed to have been resealed or was just damaged. Build was relatively easy, but the armrests received were permanently deformed.

Bestbuy warehouse sent me a serta chair twice to my house and then when i went to request it sent to bestbuy store for a pick up, they sent the same wrong chair , a serta ……

High quality, very comfortable desk chair

This desk chair was very easy to assemble, it took mere minutes to get it out together. It is very comfortable to sit in. The arm rests move forward and back and side to side, to personalize comfort for the individual. And the chair looks great in our office.
