Very solid sturdy build. Not too heavy. The screen is gorgeous and plenty fast with the 165hz refresh rate. The laminate of the oled screen looks like a clean slate of glass and is reflective obviously however the screen gets to a nice level of brightness. The i9 275HX is extremely fast also, scores clocking in on geekbench 6 is 3100 for single score followed by a 20000 multi-core score. Plenty fast. Love the keyboard, pretty similar to my magic keyboard in the softness and response. Only thing I am having difficulty figuring out if the rgb is per key but it appears to be per zone but I could be wrong. Lenovo also offers a cheap yearly accidental damage protection which is something a lot of other manufacturers do not bother to offer. Overall I am completely satisfied with my purchase of the Legion 5i Pro 10th gen. can't go wrong with this device. A++++

Ive went through a lot of different laptops trying to find the best gaming device for the most reasonable price to play GTA VI when it gets released and this is the best device I have ever used. I went through the entire RTX 50 series line up besides the 5090(way overpriced) even the 5080 I played paired with the I9 275HX wasn't worth $1000 dollars more than this device with the 5070ti, plus it comes with 2tb of storage and 32gb of ram out of the box and it's upgradable is huge bonus. Battery life is rough but that's any gaming laptop I usually just leave mine plugged in, also get a cooling pad like the IETS gt500 or gt600 & save your CPU and GPU with better heat dissipation.

I bought it for my wife as a desktop replacement. She and I both love it! Plenty of RAM and enough headroom in the departments of CPU, GPU and storage to keep her happy for quite a while. With a little debloating and pushig performance mode wide open, this machine is a cut above. The 5070 ti is more than capable of handling anything she throws at it. The screen resolution is brilliant! Highly recommend if you're in the market for a new laptop OR desktop!

This thing is awesome. I recently bought one of these with a very power hungry AMD CPU and a 5060, half the ram, half the storage, and a 240hz screen. It kind of didn't make sense. This Intel CPU model runs cooler, has double the ram and storage (seems some games won't run well nowadays with only 32gb like Metro Exodus), a 5070ti, and a 165hz screen instead. All the specs line up and make sense, and no money is wasted anywhere. It isn't super "gamery" even though it is 16", it doesn't feel huge necessarily. I really love it. On sale for $1850 when purchased after Christmas of 2025. Wonderful value for how much you're spending on this caliber of laptop.

The Pro 5i is a beast of a laptop but expect to be hooked to the wall when gaming or anything heavy loaded. Getting the 12gigs of vram is extremely important in gaming with the games already well above 8gigs like the 5070/5060. You can push this laptop hard and get great results. Everything is fast, high frames with max settings just don't expect to get raytracing on max setting on the 5070TI because its just not made for it. On sale this laptop is unbeatable at its price range. the 7i does have better cooling but i opted for the higher gpu and lower cooling ability for the price range I was in. Very fun laptop but if your not traveling a lot or using it for work away from home, then just upgrade your pc with an actual 5070TI. amazing laptop though if your looking for one.

This laptop is incredible for gaming, probably better than my desktop, and only for $1850! An incredible deal for these specs! A had a drivers issue at the start where my laptop got froze constantly, but all I had to do was delete the original display drivers and let the default reinstall. Then everything ran perfectly. 2.5k max graphics around 200 fps most games!! :)

The Lenovo Legion Pro 5i delivers incredible performance for the price. The Ultra 9 processor and RTX 5070 Ti handle every game I throw at them with smooth frame rates and zero stuttering. I have even tried streaming while playing with no issues. The 2.5K OLED display is one of the best parts — bright, sharp, and perfect for both gaming and everyday use. One thing you should know: during gaming sessions, the CPU can hit 100°C+. It definitely runs hot, but even at those temperatures I haven’t experienced throttling, crashes, or any noticeable slowdown. The fans ramp up, but the laptop keeps performance steady. I also purchased a KLIM Everest Laptop Cooling Pad to help cool it down though the CPU still gets around 100 c. Overall, this is a powerful, premium-feeling machine with excellent build quality, tons of storage, and a fantastic screen. It even has capability to add more storage/ram if needed. If you want strong performance and don’t mind higher temps under load, the Legion Pro 5i is a great choice.

I’ve been using the Lenovo Legion Pro 5i for a few weeks now, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. This model has everything you would want and especially when it is on sale, it is a real deal. Future-proof until at least 2029. Highest end processor, mid-high level graphics, and 2 hard drives. Only thing to make it perfect would be the 64 gb ram but this model is pretty simple to replace ram (if its even needed). Screen is a gem too OLED and very vivid colors. Sound is a little down but its what to expect with a gaming laptop. Could not be happier with this purchase. Lenovo do not have a lot of other programs that come with it so you can really build it up without having to delete other junk programs. Such a great machine!

This laptop is fast. It's snappy and plays everything I throw at it fantastically. Fans run loud when playing something intense, but that's too be expected. Build quality is great, and I love jow it feels to type on it. Screen quality is also fantastic despite the fact that it's very reflective in certain lighting. All in all, VERY happy with this purchase.

Lots of RAM and storage, a fast CPU and a fast GPU mean this has no issue playing any modern games. I've mostly been playing Cyberpunk 2077 on it. Be aware that in its default mode there is a ~10 second freeze after exiting games as it switches GPU modes. I set it to dGPU only to remove it since I'm always plugged in. The keyboard is nice for a laptop keyboard and has bright lighting for typing in the dark. The display is amazing. I really can't go back to LCDs after using OLEDs on my desktop and laptop now. True blacks and crazy brightness. Really my only complaints are minor ones. The case picks up fingerprints like crazy and because this is a "Pro 5i" not a "Pro 7i" they don't include the IR camera for Windows Hello unlock - that kind of stuff annoys me to no end. It's a part that costs a few bucks and they don't include it on a multi-thousand dollar laptop just to upsell you to the 7i. The laptop doesn't have any other login method, so either get a USB fingerprint reader or use your PIN. Battery life is fine, but I mostly use it at work so it's a non-issue. Just don't expect all day use. As for the price, I'd recommend getting it when on sale. I wouldn't pay the full price for it.

Great laptop, especially if you plan to use it mostly plugged in. I’ve been using it mainly for work, especially estimates, documents, multitasking, and daily office tasks, and it has been excellent. Everything feels fast, smooth, and reliable. The screen is beautiful, the keyboard feels good, and overall it makes working on it very comfortable. The only real downside is the battery life. It does not last very long, but with this kind of power and the large charger, I already expected it to be more of a plug-in laptop than an all-day battery machine. I also wish it had one more USB-C port, but that is a common thing with many laptops now. Overall, I’m very happy with it. Great for serious work, and it’s also nice knowing I can jump into a few games once in a while, especially with the new Battlefield 6.

We went to the store to purchase a different computer. After extensive search, the sales team indicated they were out of the one we wanted. However, they locate this device which was better and less expensive. It was easy to set up, runs nicely, handles the games we play. The battery life could be a little better, but definitely pleased with the graphics and memory.

This machine boasts very good specs, is surprisingly light, and has handled anything I've thrown at it so far. The screen alone is mesmerizing. This is my first non-phone OLED screen, and I can't believe how gorgeous everything looks on it. I was hoping that the system came with one 2TB SSD, so I could upgrade to a larger one later, but it actually came with two 1TB SSDs. That is my only gripe, and not worth taking a star off. I can still upgrade later on, and reuse one of the drives in an external enclosure. RAM is two 16GB sticks of 5800 DDR5. If you plan to load a fresh install of Windows, be sure to get the Nahilic audio app in the Windows Store. It comes pre-configured, and my ears couldn't stand it. Used the app to turn off all the "enhancements". I like being able to control which gpu is used for background tasks. Got quite a bit of battery life using the iGPU to watch Netflix or use simple desktop apps.

I just don't have words to describe this piece of engineering, it's super easy for my heavy programs to run, it can support quite a few open files and it doesn't get stuck at all, I wish the battery would last longer, but it's been a great investment.
