Picked this up open box to use at work with my cad software. I’ve ran a 3700x at home for gaming and knew it was a very capable cpu. So far the system has ran flawlessly. Cpu came with adequate cooling and even at a plastic plant it doesn’t break 60c. Love the looks as well!

I wish I could give this ZERO stars I bought this computer got it home and nothing worked returned this item and ordered the same one it came in today got it up and yet again nothing worked I am beyond over this oooh and trying to talk to a ACTUAL person via bestbuy GOOD LUCK !! I was on hold for over a hour they picked up and then directly hung up on me I AM BEYOND ANGRY

Great starter pc for someone just getting into pc gaming

I’m glad to purchase the webroot anti virus. I had the same for 3 years but the one I got from bestbuy is enough for the 6 devices we currently have and is good for two years. Thank you bestbuy for this, it costs less, way less than what I have been paying before.

Open box satisfactoy was supposed to come with keyboard and mouse. was missing both and the power cable was not included. I tried with my old cable the the desktop did not even turn on. returned the same day

Fantastic, specially when recently it supports the windows 11 update without a cost. Great computer, runs most games, handles multitasking. Remember no cd slot nor burner though most people don't care anymore.

Seemed like a decent pc. 3 starts because of didn’t match picture. It has a basic stock CPu cooler.

Would give zero stars. Hooked it up and won’t power on. Returned it to Best Buy who said this has been a common problem with this PC. Wish I would have read reviews because they confirm that this is a chronic issue. DONT BUY!!

New product, wouldn’t power on when we got home. Called Lenovo, no help. Had to return it and no replacement available - DO NOT RECOMMEND

Well, that didn't take long. Barely over two days in to use and it appears the power supply is dead. For all those who warned of the 400W PSU, take heed, it could very well not be powerful enough. My kid isn't doing anything extravagant, just Fortnite and Minecraft. He is using a 240hz monitor, not sure if that's what killed the PSU. The very nice CSR at Best Buy did say he didn't think the computer was "good enough" to get full functionality out of the monitor, but he didn't say anything about the PSU not being powerful enough for it. Oh well, I'm not a computer guy at all, I've watched several PSU replacement DIY videos and there's no way in heck I'm trying it myself. Guess I'll take it back for a like-kind exchange and pray the PSU doesn't crap out again.

Best PC I have ever owned! I have had this PC for about 6 months now and I have not run into any problems using it! I would recommend to buy this if your just getting into PC gaming and don’t know where to look!

We had this delivered to our home last Thursday and after we set it up the pc wouldn’t even turn on. We tried several plug in outlets and nothing. We called Bestbuy 1800# and they told us we received a defective device. Total waste of time. I no longer want my son to even have this brand because it may malfunction in the future and that is too much money to just play with.

Bought in store open Box. Got home... plugged it in. Nothing. Not 1 LED .. nothing. For future reference "Geek Squad Certified " packing tape is not to be taken seriously. Huge disappointment for my daughter. Best Buy did do us right in the end of the story.

It would be hard for me to give this thing a review because it simply would not turn on straight out of the box. Sent customer service emails and questions and still two weeks later not a single response.

Dead out of the box, does nothing. Tested with a second psu lying around, still nothing. 1660 super works great in another computer. Don't have time to drive another 3 hour round trip to return, then deal with replacement times. Complete disappointment.

No regrets on this purchase. Very reliable and great support from the Best Buy team with insuring me that my purchase is well covered with warranty from start to finish. Excellent service over all .

A $1000 paperweight. Would not turn on directly out of the box. Lenovo offered to send a tech in a week to fix it and Best Buy was too worried about closing in an hour, so I returned it and got an asus from their website. I give the asus 5-stars!

Great computer. My kids love it. I rarely get to use it because they are on it so often. Would definitely buy this one again and the spinning color disks is a nice added aesthetic.

Purchased this new as a Christmas gift for my son. This was his main gift & he was so excited to receive it. Unfortunately his excitement was short lived when upon unboxing it & plugging it in- the gaming desktop failed to power up. Plugged it in, hit the power button & nothing. Returned it to Best Buy the day after Xmas; where they confirmed it was tore up. We returned for a full refund & purchased & completely different gaming desktop. Lost all faith in this particular model & didn’t want to chance it on another.

We got this computer and had to return it. It did not even turn on. We were told when we returned it that many other people who had just gotten it also had the same issue and needed to return it as well.
