I have had this device maybe a month. Wanted a Surface 2 but this on sale was in my budget and the most comparable to the Surface. I got it a good price. When I bought it I was advised not to do Geek Protection, as the price offer for that protection was half of the total cost of the device. Which of course will be worth half that much in a year. It wasn't available in store so sales person did an order for me. My first disappointment was that I could have ordered online and gotten a great price for the protection as well. Something like $150 for 2 years in store vs. on line for $79 for 1 year etc. I was given 1 offer in store, there were 3 to choose from on line. And of course after the 2 week window for returns ended I it stops powering on. The set up itself is great and I love everything that was included. Still learning all the features. A lot of reviews complained about the size of the key board and placement of some of the keys. I don't notice that at all. I love the windows tiles format having already been using on a smart phone for 2 years. I don't like that battery light only blinks for a second when you power on or off, and when you are charging there is no indicator light that shows you are charging or when it is fully charged. Which leads to my biggest complaint; More often than not it won't power on. Fully charged, or power cord plugged in, wont turn on. I have had to look up what to do several times (thank god for smart phones). Sometimes it takes 3 or 4 try's. Once on I go to desk top to see what it says for battery status and always it says 100%. I would recommend this to a friend if I wasn't have an issue turning it on. I wish I had been given the 1 year option for Geek Squad at time of purchase. Meanwhile it is back to full price. I would recommend if you can afford to get at least 1 year of protection which currently is 99.99. Then if you were having the same problem you could have them take care of it.

I bought this because I wanted something I could take on the go and it be light to carry. Although it doesn't have a cd drive I'm perfectly fine with it. I can use it for my school and for fun. I also love the webcam it's a lot more clear than my old laptop.

I got this for my 15 and 16 year old boys for Christmas. Very user friendly. Everything they needed/wanted! They are thrilled!

Had a Surface RT before :-( only a paper weight. This Lenovo runs windows 10 like a champ, multitasks well. Very pleased.

This is great for commuting to and from work on public transportation. Battery life is okay for those travel commute times only. If you want to use it at home or work plug it in if you want to have full battery when traveling
