    My mother purchased this laptop/tablet combo in late Jan Early Feb and immediately started having problems. Sometimes the computer would not hold charge other times it just wouldn't turn on. By July we were taking it into the geek squad dept to be looked at. The gentlemen helping me tried resetting all the the features and said it should start working properly by November I have returned the product and asked for a full refund. You're better off investing in an apple product. This laptop only gave us a problems.
