||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered this through the school for my daughter & when the school went to program it, they said the keyboard was not working. I called the customer service number & they seemed dumb founded as what should be done. Then they told me that since I had bought a service contract, I should have it fixed. I said that I didn't think it was right for them to expect me to fix a computer that should have arrived in working condition. Then they told me to return it to the store even though it was bought through their business portal on-line. Another hour spent at the store because they do not carry them. Deal with the manufacturer!

Excellent small secondary laptop
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a desktop for big applications that require speed, power, and a lot of memory, so I was looking for a small laptop that was easily portable and provided enough speed and power for email and note-taking at meetings. I downloaded MS Office without any compromise of speed. This Lenovo fits the bill. It's also light and the battery life is exceptional.
