This is a very compact unit and can be placed flat or as an upright tower -- super quiet and super easy to set up ... I had everything plugged in, monitor put together and online in under 5 minutes ... plenty fast for my basic needs -- movies, TV, shopping, bill pay, emails and photo uploads. Arrived 5 days before I was expecting it ... looks brand new .... very pleased so far.... because it's so compact I DO worry about the heat that may be generated but processors today run so much cooler than earlier models that I don't really expect any problems. Lots of USB ports and two different types of monitor ports ... Very pleased with purchase - a steal at this price.

This is my 2nd Lenovo and the only reason I abandoned the old one is that Vista will be defunct soon as far as search engines are concerned and I did not want to change out the system. Very fast shipping, very easy change-out, and all my old peripherals (except my digital camera) work with it. Best Buy people helped every step of the way with the purchase. My only complaint was that I was not here for the shipping and they sent it to a UPS AccessPoint that was in a bad area of town and I had to stand in the rain for a long time trying to figure out the instructions for opening the cubicle it was locked in. No shelter, very difficult access process. But the product itself and the subsequent Geek Squad phone help with minor issues was the best I have ever experienced with any purchase.

Purchased a core i5 system from JoySystems thru Bestbuy and it appears to be a good deal so far. It was delivered when promised and it was also easy to setup. I was able to update to Windows10 version 1709 with no issues. Now to put it through some testing to see what I can really do with it.

This PC is exactly the kind I was looking for; it is inexpensive and does the job well. Strongly recommend it to people like me who are not using such PCs for writing large software programs but doing every thing else.

I bought the computer for mostly a storage space for pictures and for running my iTunes account. This computer adequately handles what I bought it for more and has so much more.

Great little computer nothing special needed here just was looking for a house setup to do bills work and some small play with. Great priced fast and sell worth the buy

Never had a Lenovo product before. After my 2008 Asus hard drive blew I decided NOT to try to go to my local computer fixer-up shop. Decided to search Best Buy. I did a search for another tower that was comparable to what I had as far as ram, memory, speed etc. I came across this Lenovo tower and looked it over online pretty well and decided to try it out. Wow it's great, what a difference. Quite, slender, and less weight. The tower is not bulky nor heavy and it came loaded with Windows 10 already! I'm super stoked that I can now run my applications at super fast speed and my internet is awesome fast. I thought it was my ISP but all along it was MY computer going downhill ! You have to try this refurbished product it does everything and I mean everything that a brand new model does for the fraction of the cost! Thanks JoySystems your great for provided these refurbished towers.

Bought this computer and it would not even boot up.. Would not come on at all.. returned to store..

I spent three days trying to get this to download several programs and it was one problem after another. Half the time I couldn't get it to download and when it did download, it wouldn't open the program. I went to Geek squad for my "free" help to set-up, and the man said they could re-program it for $100. I returned it this morning.
