    great value compared to a new desktop. Its a previous generation core i5 processor buts that still much better than a new i3 or celeron.

    We needed a PC to hook up to a TV at our office. Didn't have to be anything special so this refurb was the pick. Came well packaged and has worked fine since we bought it a few weeks ago.

    Why would anyone put a key that immediately shuts off the power right next to the backspace key? Are you kidding me? Lucky everybody has more than one USB keyboard lying around.

    excellent value. This computer is about 80-90% as good as a new model at 30% of the price. Perfect for a simple office workstation, esp with the multiple monitor hookup and USB 3.0

    However, the screws that hold case door to get into the computer was missing. I ended up using some screws from my older computer. One fit but the for the other the threads in the hole were "stripped" or absent so the screw I used wouldn't tighten down. Also It does NOT come with a dvd optical drive. Wish they made that more known. I'm retired and the price point was good, so it works well for my needs.
