I prefer to buy from Best Buy and I have always had good experiences with Lenovo products so when it was time to replace my laptop I knew where to go. I work in I.T. and am used to business grade laptops, ie. metal chasis, backlit keyboards, high RAM, etc... This has them all! It is very well built, feels solid but not bulky. Size is perfect, keyboard easy to use. I got a great deal on an Open Box and consider this one of my best tech purchases ever! If you use Linux, Lenovo is your friend. :)

I’m leaving it four stars for now and its also too soon to write a review as far as usability and performance, but I was actually impressed with the condition it arrived and specs for the price. Only reason for the 4 stars is the laptop had a lot of scuffs underneath it so no big deal, you expect that with refurbished merchandise. As far as the PC itself, it’s a bit of an overkill for a student who will use it only for homework but hopefully down the line it wont lag after all the necessary programs are installed, lose its processing speed, touchscreen and/or a dead HDD. Its super fast as of now, screen is high res, very responsive to touch commands and all the bells and whistles are very neat. Eventually if it maintains the current performance I would definitely change it to 5 stars simply for the deal on it. Lenovo has been my go to brand for laptops for durability compared to Dell, Hp, etc and hasn’t disappointed yet.

Bigger than i thought . It over heats quickly and dies very fast.

I love this laptop, Performance is exceptional. The dedicated video card makes gaming run like any good desktop would. My only complaint would be the choice of ports.
