    This refurbished computer arrived in good looking condition, but would not boot up. I ordered this unit because it had Windows 7 installed. They offered to replace it with a Windows 10 unit which will not meet my needs. It is now in the hands of Plan ID for repair and I do not expect to get it back in less that 2-3 weeks. This is very disturbing. I will review again when the issue is resolved.

    Had to return because it ships with Windows 10 Pro instead of windows 7 Pro. Had to return since windows 10 is not HIPAA compliant due to all the spyware put in by Microsoft. Microsoft states "We will access, disclose and preserve personal data, including your content (such as the content of your emails, other private communications or files in private folders), when we have a good faith belief that doing so is necessary to."
