So far this desktop has been great! It's very fast, and was a much needed upgrade. I was worried that a refurbished product would display signs of wear and I was pleasantly surprised to find that there were practically none. The only issues I have with this product is that the desktop received isn't the same as shown in the picture and it seems larger than described. In addition, the main VGA port doesn't work but they sent an adaptor plug to convert the display port (possibly a DVI) to a VGA output, so that works fine. I was able to overlook these two issues because they also upgraded the processor from an i5 to the i7. I received a free in-store set up with the computer, and it was well worth letting Best Buy handle all the updates it needed to run through as it took a couple hours to do so.
