    This is the first time I purchase a refurbish and I'm impress for the price I think it's worth it. It's doing what it's suppose to do. I'll probably add more hard in the future but for now it's pretty good for general basic use nothing fancy like games or massive video streaming.

    Arrived with broken piece inside. Hard drive not mounted. Would not boot. So embarrassed as this was a Christmas present.

    The box was half open and the "new" mouse broken in the box. One supporting rubber pad was missing. The computer was not close to be as newly refurbished, seemed be torn several time during repair. Looked like a ten year old box. My seven year old ThinkCentre looked like new.
