Awesome nothing negative to say, easy to set up and use

I should have read more of the reviews before ordering. I received a smaller version than what was depicted, and it did not turn on.

Computer showed up with only 4 GB of memory instead of the 8 GB it was supposed to have. Absolutely needed the 8 to run some programs. Called the warranty company, no answer. Called Best Buy, they set up a time to bring it in so they can verify it doesnt have proper memory. Might just fix or replace Dont want to return it, its a good computer and fast!

Great computer for the money works well almost like new condition when received. Does everything I need it to do

This is overall best for gaming and some work.I would recommend to anyone who wants to game normally and work and homework.

Returned was not the item i ordered. What they shipped was a Micro tower.

Same experience with another customer/reviewer here, got a different item than pictured/advertised, mine has no CD slot.

Not at all what we thought it was picture was a totally different pc

what was delivered was different form what was ordered it did not have a cd drive but it was a gift to a person in another state so she is happy with it so worked out ok i purchased a cd rive for her to load disk into the tower io cant rate on thos as it isnt the item we got
