I purchased this PC to store and display pictures. My older Dell computer "died" and I didn't want to repurchase printers, SW and monitor, so this was a good purchase for me. The geek squad was able to copy my files and pictures from the old PC and get me back up and running easily. I also own a new laptop, but the larger monitor is great for showing pictures and my old printer prints great photos.

This was so nice we brought anther one of them easy to setup, plug and go.

This computer works great. Set up was easy. No issues.

Great price, nice looking equipment. Unfortunately after plugging in it would not power up. The return was easy though, just dropped it off at a Best Buy store.

This was my second attempt to get a refurbished tower with Windows 7, here's my review of the first one: "This looked like a great deal, but had to wait 3 weeks for the item to arrive and when I fired it up it was running Windows 10, while it states clearly in the item description that it has Windows 7.Took it in to the Geeks and was told there was nothing they could do, so I had to return it, got a refund and ordered another one from the website." This one arrived in one week, but guess what--same problem! Windows !0 is installed, not Windows 7, as clearly stated in the item description. So again I go to the Geek Squad in the store and am told the only way I can have Windows 7 in this one is if I BUY the installation disc myself (!) and they would install it for me. Doesn't matter that I didn't receive what I ordered, or that it's under warranty, or that this is the SECOND time this has happened. So my only option was to return it for a refund and order another, different one. Surprise, it's $100 more. Let's see if they can get it straight on the 3rd try.
