Very Efficient Desktop for Good Price

It arrived on the expected day and was properly packaged. The specifications said no mouse or keyboard included but on opening the box, both a basic mouse and keyboard were inside. The desktop booted up in seconds! It preloaded Windows software and in less than 10 minutes I was loading my graphics and web design software in lightning speed. I can stream music using it’s built-in speakers (though not the best of sounds) but that’s no problem given available speaker outlet to boost sound quality. It was a very good purchasing decision - the unit is fast, affordable, and compatible. The only reason I didn’t give it 5-star is because of an issue I have with Windows needing to be activated after installation - a message keeps popping up on the desktop saying Windows needed to be activated; when I went to Settings to activate it, it keeps giving an error message. I initiated contact with customer service and I’m still waiting for a response. Other than that, loving this machine and what it has to offer!

Monitor not recognized
