great laptop

Lenovo left hinge fatal flaw
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought a Lenovo Ideapad U530 on 9/22/2014 from BestBuy. 8 months later the left hinge broke. Looking on the internet, it is clear that the problem is common. Called Lenovo. The laptop was under warrante and they would fix it for free. It has been sitting at their warehouse since 5/13/2015. At several points of time I have called to inquire i the progress of the repair they are always waiting for a repair. The latest ETA is 10/6/2015. At point the laptop will be a year old and out of 12 months 4 will in inoperable and in the possession of Lenovo. Needless to say, I am not buying Lenovo ever again.
