Small but mighty

Keeps me on track for completing my workout before work. Plays music great. I was worried because it was smaller than i thought. That's my fault. I didn't analyze the specs. But it functions better than the Google puck it replaced.

Setup was easy using the Google Home app. You have a choice of display layouts; some showing the current weather. The display is quite bright but an option allows it to dim in a dark room so it won't keep you awake. The only issues I have is with automation; I purchased some Kasa smart switches to control lamps and set-up an automation schedule (called a "routine") in the Google Home app to turn the lights on and off at a specified time. While it usually works OK, sometimes it may miss one or two lights. If I then say "Hey Google lights off (or on)" the lights will go off (or on). I can live with it given the bargain price.

"Hey google set an alarm" "Hey Google what's the weather" "Hey google, turn off my master bedroom light" It listens to me even through doors and about 20 feet away. Almost want to take it with me traveling for the convenience of it.

I have 4 pieces around the house so whenever I need it, it is there. It can't play youtube videos on the screen, for this you need a larger model either by lenovo (if they still make it) or google/nest.

With this product, you get limited watchfaces, and the ones that you do get, for example the google photos one is glitched out and stretches the pictures and it only shows one of the photos of a whole album and then proceeds to put whatever pictures it can find of landscapes and stuff like that. It has also crashed several times and i have to umplug and re plug
