The cape abilities of this tablet had me so excited of how compatible it is with other smart appliances...

One of the best tablets I have used, however, I did purchase elsewhere, but still wanted to review..... Quite "zippy" - has 4gb ram, a fast (in the tablet world) processor, 64gb storage. Easily expandible with micro SD card - I installed a 128gb - works fine. Screen is responsive to touch, good brightness, good color, 1200 resolution, and the ability to completely control color temperature for good white balance. Everything I have tried so far has worked excellently. Bluetooth devices, wi-fi, downloading and using apps....I have a bluetooth keyboard and mouse - making it a neat "mini laptop". Sound is to be expected from smuch small speakers - even with the 4 speakers. Sound through the headphones is excellent. Dolby Atmos does offer some customization of the sound. Did not find much "bloatware". One disclaimer: did not try the Alexa through the dock. There have been some reviews noting a conflict between Alexa and android operation - I cannot speak on that. I do think the dock would work well as a blurtooth speaker. There ia also a slot for a simm card - would be able to call and text I guess, but woud require an additional line... Overall, an awesome tablet for surfing, office, emails, android games.

This "smart" tablet earns its name by offering the features of Amazon Alexa Show mode (much like the stand-alone device) combined with the ability to run apps from the Google Play store (built-in), knocking down the barriers between competitors. Further, the initial set up was smart enough to prompt me both to set up my gmail account(s) in gmail, and my hotmail account in the outlook app. Built in, in other words, are the best of at least three worlds: Microsoft apps built in, Google Apps built in, and Amazon apps built in. I would like to note, I have not tried it yet, but i suspect with minimal effort other app stores (like Amazon App Store for Android, and APKPure) could be installed alongside the built in app sources, which opens the door to more options for different apps. For myself, the main advantage to different app stores is the different presentations of app offerings and different featured apps.

I gave this one star because zero stars was not an option. I was so excited for this tablet to arrive. I wanted to like it so much. I like that it is Alexa enabled, I have Alexas all over the house. However, it is currently packed up and ready to be returned. For two days I have done nothing but: (1) watch it turn itself off and sometimes back on, (2) watch it turn itself off and I have to turn in back on, or (3) lock up and I have to manually restart it. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement.
